Closeout batts! These are made from a little bit of everything, so will not be receiving names or ingredient lists.
Tweedy, fluffy, lightly textured, carded once but with components glazed across in light layers for good blending.
NOTE that while it's hard to see in the photos, this batt does contain a good deal of white in between the neon layers - so it will swirl about as you spin it, somewhat similar to Parisian Confectionary. The white ensures that the neons have something to pop against rather than just running into each other.
